New Customer Registration/Membership
To register with Hapicat we will visit you at your home. We normally book these visits for weekday evenings or weekends, when you’re home from work and relaxing with your cats. Our registration cost is a one off. It includes parking, and collecting keys, Holding your keys in fully insured environment and this small charge is how a small business like ours covers our CRB, insurance and web costs.
If we do not collect a set of keys at registration and hold them in our secure safe you will be responsible for delivering a working set to us in Balham. We can arrange pick up or return of keys for a charge of £5.
Cancellations with less than 2 full working days notice will be charged at the rate of one visit.

(21st December 2019 to 1st January 2020 inclusive)
There is a minimum booking period during the Christmas & New Year period of 5 visits or £92.50 for non members.
A 50% deposit will be taken for bookings from new customers for this period at the time of our registration visit and the remainder due no later then 13th Dec.
Cancellation before 6th December - 50% cancellation charge of the FULL fee due.
Cancellation from 13th December onwards - 100% cancellation charge of the FULL fee due.
We honestly couldn’t recommend Hapicat highly enough! We always return to non agitated, content cats, and alive plants in the garden. We have complete peace of mind when we are away we get text updates on the cats and how they are.
